Aneka Resep Masakan, sebuah blog yang dikhususkan untuk membahas tentang resep masakan. Disana kita bisa mendapatkan berbagai macam jenis dan aneka resep masakan super lengkap, dari resep kue, resep masakan asia, masakan eropa dan tak lupa tentunya adalah resep masakan indonesia.
Salah satu masakan khas Indonesia yang jadi favorit saya ternyata juga ada disitu, plencing kangkung. Makanan murah meriah yang kata orang bisa bikin mata ngantuk ini bagi saya terasa nikmat luar biasa, apalagi kalau kangkung yang digunakan adalah yang masih muda dan segar baru dipetik.
Nah berikut ini adalah resep masakan plencing kangkung yang saya ambil dari AnekaResepMasakan.Com
Bahan:
- 2 ikat kangkung
- 8 sendok makan minyak goreng / mentega
- 5 buah cabai merah besar
- 10 buah cabai rawit
- Jeruk purut
- 0,5 sendok makan terasi
- 3 buah kemiri
- 1 sendok teh garam
Cara Mengolah:
1. Cuci bersih kangkung dan potong sesuai selera. Rebus dalam air mendidih kemudian angkat dan tiriskan.
2. Cabai, kemiri, dan terasi dibakar.
3. Haluskan semua bumbu dan tambahkan minyak serta air jeruk.
4. Campurkan kangkung dengan bumbunya.
5. Sajikan panas.
Nah, yang mau nyobain silahkan, gak usah malu-malu :)
